I want to share that we have been teaching the children the Presidents. Now, they are recognizing the presidents on money. Woohooo. That is an awesome step they are taking remembering and saying who they are.

Talk about waiting to the last minute and going to the DMV. I waited almost until the very last minute to renew my plates on my car because I have had a lot going on. So I was up this morning, did some errands and then went to the DMV thinking I would be in and out. I had correct cash in hand and would not require a lot. Well, when I arrived they were on number 170 and I was number 196.

Had I made sure everything was in order last week, I could have went one day last week instead of putting it off. The twins and I were there at least 45 minutes. Toooo long. Once we made it to the window, it wasn’t even 10 minutes and the kids were thrilled. I was too.

Don’t wait until the last minute to handle your personal finances.

The step I took today as an entrepreneur was accepting a new opportunity from a client that I helped before who really needed some help. The nice part of this new opportunity allows for growth and expand my skills in the event planning arena. Give me some background into event planning and practical experience. You never know when this will come in handy.

What step did you take today?

I was excited to watch my interview tonight on Your Wedding TV. Lo and behold I was on a client call and missed. However, my son and husband watched it. I will have to wait for the DVD. I remember when it was taped before a live audience and how much fun we had.

One thing the host told me this morning is they had a difficult time editing it down to 3 minutes because I gave so much great information. That is what I like to hear. I share any feedback with you.

I have to tell you all the step for me today was to step back and reflect. Are you aware that there are times as Christians when we try to make things happen and all we do is cause more problems. Last night I found myself reflecting on the day and I was about to repeat that pattern. Thank God I recognized that I was going to that place. So I stopped myself.

Believe God is who he says he is and will do what he says he will do.  Every day is a new day and an opportunity to take a new Step.
